Eze, who transfers to Arsenal, bid farewell to Crystal Palace.
Eze: Five years are like yesterday. From the moment I stepped into the gates of Crystal Palace, you have given me the opportunity to realize my Premier League dream and let me play for the largest club in South London. From the beginning, I set goals to achieve something here, but never expected these five years to be so exciting.
People call us "family clubs" because it's hard to really understand the feeling of being a part of this big family unless you're in it. They are right. From the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, to the long recovery period after my Achilles tendon torn to the night I made my comeback against Villa in Selhurst, to this day, your love and support for me, and the friendship that we stand together will always be remembered in my heart.
And all this before we make history together. Oh, Wembley, that whole journey. Words cannot describe what we went through that day, so I won't try to describe it. But what I want to say is that God has done for us something that will connect us for generations. That was the most special day of my career because God gave us what others thought was impossible!
So, after all this, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust, thank you for your chance, thank you for your eternal love.
