According to the Daily Mail, Newcastle is about to sign former Liverpool star Isaac Moran.
Isaac Moran is 16 years old after he rejected the scholarship contract offered by Liverpool and chose to leave the team. Last season, Moran made a new breakthrough in his career at the England U18. He has had many experiences as captaining youth teams at all levels in England.
