At the Golden Globes Awards ceremony in the early morning, Arsenal Women's Football Team was named the Women's Football Club of the Year, and Arsenal Women's Football Coach Renee Sliggs then took the stage to speak.
Renee Sliggs said: "Wow, thank you very much. Arsenal was recognized as the Women's Football Club of the Year is a great honor, and we are very happy to accept this award on behalf of all the club members tonight."
"I am proud to stand here to represent this club that has led the development of women's football since its establishment as part of the Arsenal community in 1987. We are awarded appropriately here tonight because the community is the core of our commitment to building in Arsenal Women's Football Team."
