The portfolio of the Trust IPO shares includes six data center assets, distributed in the United States, Austria and Singapore, with a total valuation of approximately US$1.6 billion (approximately S$2 billion).The data center under Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp., one of the global telecom giants, will be listed in my country in the form of real estate investment trust (REIT). The Singapore Government Investment Corporation (GIC) is one of the cornerstone investors.
NTT DC REIT has submitted its preliminary prospectus at the Monetary Authority of Singapore on Friday (June 27). It has not yet decided how many shares it will be offered for subscription, but the offer price per unit is expected to be USD 1 (approximately S$1.27).
