Did you use your toes when walking?On the other hand, after I carefully observed those who always complained about physical pain, I found that they always use a single relationship when they operate, and the relationship that should have been to work together is completely heroic and useless.
For example, a person who screams knee pain as soon as he walks.
In this case, their pain is likely to be caused by "only using knees" while walking, and they do not use their toes at all.
In fact, this is a series of locking effects: when walking, you don’t use the toe link, and you will not be able to use the calf muscles, calf love, and thigh muscles at all. The two feet are like hard wooden sticks, continuing to move forward in a stiff state. If this state continues for a long time, the knee flexion and stretching movements will decrease, which will cause pain in the heels, knee ridges, and lateral joints when walking.
Just like this, only using knees when walking will cause local burden on the body. Over time, the whole body will become more and more stuck and eventually return to the smooth movements that should have been done.
