As for the secret trick to make cheese, Shangyutai says that gelatin tablets need to be soaked in ice water. If they are not soaked in ice water, they may produce glue and are not easy to swallow and affect the taste.

Ingredients: 60 grams of dried glutinous rice, 30 grams of cream, 200 grams of cream cheese, 5 grams of honey, 60 grams of milk, 5 grams of gelatin slices, 5 grams of lemon juice, half a lemon peel, 60 grams of fresh cream, 30 grams of rosenia sauce, Roshen honey suitable

Method:

1. Mix the dried glutinous rice crushed and melted cream, and press it on the bottom of the container.

2. Make use of fresh cream after whipping.

3. Stir the cream cheese until soft and add honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest (minced).

4. Heat the milk at 50-60 degrees and add gelatin tablets (glazed gelatin tablets in ice water).

5. Mix steps 3 and 4 evenly and add lemon juice, add whipped cream and mix, and finally add the fruit sauce and pour it into the container for more than 3 hours to complete.
