A man named Fan, a cleaning worker, was hired to clean up a company in Taipei City. He was suspected of pouring a water cup of a woman named Yu and Lu in the company's employee, and pouring sleeping medicine containing the psychiatric drug clozapine. The two women reported the case after drinking. The police arrested Fan, and he admitted that he gave the medicine, which was called a spring medicine purchased on a sex toy website. After the police inquired, he was transferred to the crime of injury and forced punishment, and the prescription was ordered to be bailed.
The police investigated that a woman surnamed Yu and Lu worked for a company in Wenshan District, Taipei City. In late July this year, she drank water with a warm cup and mug on the desk in the company's office. She immediately developed symptoms such as dizziness, weakness in the limbs, and lethargy. When she saw that there were unknown white and messy substances in the water cup, she had a medical examination of urine and blood, and found a slight reaction of sleeping drugs, and reported the case to the Wenshan First Police Branch.
The police sent the two women's drinks to the Criminal Bureau for examination, and found that clozapine-containing drugs, although non-registered drugs, are prescription drugs, which are mainly used to treat conscientious disorders.
The police monitored the camera and found that people entering and leaving the company were checked. A man surnamed Fan, a 48-year-old cleaning worker, was involved in the case. On the 19th of this month, he searched for his residence in Xinyi District and detained him. He found 11 bottles of unknown liquid with a total gross weight of 437.54 grams, and sent him to the clearing ingredients.
Fan admitted to the drug, saying that he bought the "Devil Caubit" spring medicine many times on the sex website. The ad was said to have the effects of irritation, sleep, mental disorders, etc. He liked two girls and wanted to see the reaction after taking it. The police found that Fan had used similar methods to his friends in 2019. After inquiring, he transferred it to the Taipei District Inspection Bureau to investigate the crimes, targets and venues, and to check the source of the drug.
