We hope that everyone can write goodwill together to make the world better and warm the human feelings.

In the twenty-one day journey of discovering the three beautiful things every day, you need to change roles: cherish what others have to do for you; be grateful for the grace of life. These are all simple measures to be grateful. No one has the right to be kind to us. If you can regard what others have given as a gift of life and keep it in your heart, this is an act of gratitude; at the same time, you will remember to pass on your kindness and swear to let the parties or others feel warm. This is also an impulse action of claiming gratitude.

Because I wrote three beautiful little things every day, I found the wisdom of being grateful, the power of gratitude, and the happiness of being grateful. Taiwan has no shortage of goodwill stories, but we do less effort to explore. When you really roll up your sleeves and do things, you start to accumulate goodwill deposits. Good intentions are like profits. Good intention banks keep savings of happiness and joy. The first step is "hint"

tags have a swearing effect, and it affects everything we do. For example, when I start writing three beautiful things, I will deliberately pay attention to small things that are easier to ignore in normal times, and there will be fleeting interactions between people, because the power of writing reminds me to change my thinking and think positively.

The second step is "desire"

So, how can this matter become more intriguing and more meaningful?

Taking advantage of the online reading meeting of the "King of End Sentences" I named my sisters Taocai Feng, Youxuan, Shuqian, Shushan, Liwen, Xinyi, Limei, and Humanities, as well as Wei Yu, Maosong, Yixiang, Zhaoen, Yongqing, and Xiufeng. Using group effects, we call like-minded friends to join us and participate in beautiful writing activities together, and make sure that people's psychology and behavior determine the environment and people around us.

These friends who love reading are all partners who do things silently and complain less. Because long-term online reading will inspire each other, they will gather online at 7:40 pm every week to establish a habit of chatting together when eating. Even under Maosong's leadership, everyone is willing to talk and share discussion points, opinions, and experiences through writing, sharing opinions, and providing practices without any personal hiding.

Reading online will be the starting point for everyone toward a good-willed world. Through the two-week knowledge input and the recharge of the mind, we all agree in the positive thinking discussion atmosphere: if you complain for a long time, you will forget your kindness; if you observe it seriously, you will find that life is bright.

In addition, I will stack up habits (after completing my current habits, I will execute new habits), record three wonderful things after meditating in the morning, or write three wonderful things after meditating before bed, so that I can start my habits today's work, or reflect on entering today's work.

The third step is "simple"

At the same time, in addition to the text, some selfies will be added, making the three beautiful little books more and more like a series of sketches. Everyone also works with each other. The more they write, the more exciting the story, the more moving the story is.. In the time of writing, everyone also conducts self-reflective internal dialogues. This daily and inner habit is really an unexpected harvest in writing.

The fourth step is "reward"

Social psychologist Wendy. Wendy Wood once said that after a certain behavior, leaving a beautiful memory in the memory will be like a positive reversal, allowing the behavior to have a positive effect, and secrete dopamine, so that you feel satisfied or happy after doing this. Recording beautiful little things every day is like accumulating "happiness" every day and keeping a little happiness every day. Over time, it will be like a snowball, making your life prosperous and beautiful. When your life is not satisfactory, you can make a contribution.

For example, if you share three beautiful things on your face for twenty-one consecutive days, the proportion of praise has increased, and more people have marked you. Goodwill is like a magnetic effect, and more and more partners are investing. You motivate others, and others also motivate you. Recording three wonderful things makes the brain seem to start the award mode in the morning and before going to bed. I keep thinking about the bright and beautiful times that happened today. It is indeed the tranquility of the year and the peace of the world.

Using the concept of "proficiency in habits starts with repetition, not perfection" mentioned in "Atomic Acts", I began to easily meet my standards in establishing positive thinking. The growth of habits depends on frequency. By constantly repeating and repetition, new behaviors can be executed more efficiently.

Since establishing the habit of recording beautiful things, I have found that there are more than three wonderful things to share in a day. One day I realized that six or ten good things may come to my heart a day, so I suddenly realized that my mind determines our happiness level.
